入选标准
- •Children aged between 2 years and 12 years of age with Gartland type III supracondylar humerus fracture who present within 72 hours of injury requiring closed reduction and pinning.
排除标准
- •Fractures requiring open reduction(either for achieving reduction or neurovascular exploration).
- •Supracondylar fracture which extends from superomedial to inferolateral aspect.
- •Supracondylar fractures with intercondylar extension.
- •Supracondylar fracture with associated Medial comminution
- •Associated ipsilateral limb injuries
