- •Students currently enrolled in Grades 7 to 11
- •Aged approximately 12 to 17 years
- •Able to understand both English and Thai
- •Have access to an internet-enabled device for completing the online survey and
- •receiving intervention prompts
- •Provide informed assent, with parental or guardian consent obtained prior to participation
排除标准
- •Students with medical conditions that contraindicate moderate-to-vigorous physical activity
- •Students with psychiatric or neurological conditions that may significantly affect participation or quality of life assessment.
- •Students currently enrolled in another kinds of structured physical activity that is identical to the current study
