•?Adult patients over 18 years of age
•?Partially edentulous or fully edentulous patients who need to have implantation of more than 3 fixtures and could be immediately restored with 3 temporary prostheses
•?Final torque should be at least 30 Ncm at implant fixture placement (If final torque is less than 30Ncm, the patients will be dropped-out from this study, and the cost of implantation will be compensated by the research fund.)

•? The patients who meet any of the following items at the implant site
•A) Vertical bone graft requiring a total length of the implant fixture of 1/2 or more
•B) When bone grafting is needed in the circumferrential defect around the implant
•? When there is no tooth or prosthesis opposed to the operated site
•? The patients with uncontrolled periodontal disease
•? The patients who has metabolic diseases such as uncontrolled diabetes
•? The patients with a history of radiation therapy and chemotherapy in the head and neck region
•? The patients who has severe habit or biting habits
•? Pregnant and lactating patients
•? Patients with a history of taking bisphosphonate drugs within 4 months
