- •Patients aged 18 to 59 years.
- •Males and females.
- •American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA)status 1 and 2.
- •Undergoing surgery under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation.
排除标准
- •Patient refusal.
- •Significant hepatic, renal and metabolic disorers and neuromuscular diseases.
- •Known allergy to cisatracurium.
- •Those with anticipated difficult intubation.
