- •Age between 18 to 60yrs.
- •Weight 35-70 kg.
- •Gender -both sex.
- •Elective laparoscopic appendectomy
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusal
- •2.ASA III and ASA IV
- •3.Patients with cardiac disease and chronic obstructive airway disease. Patients with a history of allergic reaction to Propofol, ketamine, or dexmedetomidine
- •Bleeding diathesis
- •Obese patients.
