入选标准
- •Older adults of either gender above 55 years of age. Residing in long-term care settings. Mini COG scores greater than or equal to 3. A Barthel index greater than or equal to 60 points.
排除标准
- •Critically ill Terminally ill Active infection.Bed-bound Wheelchair bound.
- •Acute onset (less than 30 days) of cardiorespiratory disease.
- •Orthopedic Neurological Renal Disease.
- •Recent injury and surgery of the hand (less than 60 days).
- •Any hand and knee joint deformity.
