入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Age > 18 years
- •2.Patients diagnosed with acute pancreatitis (according to Revised Atlanta classification
- •3.Mild to moderate acute pancreatitis (BISAP score <2)
排除标准
- •1. Pregnancy, Breastfeeding
- •2. Poor appetite for reasons other than AP such as depression, oral ulcers etc.
- •3. Abdominal pain lasting >72 hours before admission
- •4. Carcinoma of pancreas
- •5. Aetiology of AP such as Post surgery/ERCP/Trauma
- •6. Known or suspected case of chronic pancreatitis
- •7. Severe/critical AP on admission
