- •1.Patients on anti platelet/ anticoagulant medication
- •2. Patients with blood pressure >150/90mm Hg
- •3. Patients with known bleeding disorders/ Liver disease
- •4. Patients requiring ostectomy/ Transalveolar extraction
- •5. Patients who undergo any non- bleeding intra operative complications
