•(1) Patients who meet the aforementioned CEH diagnostic criteria for diseases in both Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as the diagnostic criteria for Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome patterns;
•(2) Aged 18–60 years, regardless of gender;
•(3) Have not received any other treatments that may affect the results within 15 days prior to treatment;
•(4) Are willing to accept and cooperate with acupuncture and gua sha treatments;
•(5) Voluntarily participate in this study, have carefully read the precautions, and are able to sign the informed consent form.

•(1) Individuals who have systematically used glucocorticoids, anticonvulsants,
•or tricyclic antidepressants within the past month for headaches or other pain conditions;
•(2) Individuals with congenital disorders or structural abnormalities of the head and neck, or a recent history of trauma to these areas;
•(3) Individuals with coagulation disorders or those currently taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet medications, as well as those with local skin
•(4) Individuals with severe concomitant primary diseases of the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, or hematological system, or psychiatric disorders that
•may affect treatment or assessment;
•(5) Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study period;
•(6) Individuals whom the investigator determines to have other conditions rendering them unsuitable for participation in this study.
