- •i never consume cows milk or cows milk product ingredient
- •ii allergy to cows milk or lactose intolerance severe food allergy
- •iii habitual consumption of probiotics
- •IV systemic antibiotic medication taken within 2 weeks
- •V systemic diseases relate with immunity problem or severe chronic disease
- •VI dental caries more than 4 teeth
- •VI behavior lacking of cooperation
