简要总结

This study aims to validate, assess the feasibility, and evaluate the efficacy of an Integrated Approach of Yoga Therapy module specifically designed for Judo athletes. Judo practitioners are exposed to intense physical and psychological stress, often lacking adequate recovery strategies. The study comprises two phases. Phase one focuses on the development, expert validation via Content Validity Ratio and feasibility testing via Yoga Performance Assessment Scale of the yoga module. Phase two is a pilot randomized controlled trial with 40 competitive Judo athletes aged 16 to 30 years randomly assigned to either the Yoga intervention group  or the control group  for three months. The primary outcome are Specific Judo Fitness Test, Yoga Performance Assessment scale. Secondary outcomes include Heart Rate Variability, body fat percentage, maximal oxygen consumption test and anthropometric parameters. The study will provide evidence on the utility of yoga as a holistic recovery and performance enhancement strategy in Judo athletes.
