- •- Age 18 and older

- •- invasive vulvar Paget's disease
- •- underlying adenocarcinoma
- •- previous treatment of the vulva with 5% imiquimod cream during the last 6 months
- •- patients with autoimmune disorders
- •- immune compromised patients
- •- pregnant women
- •- lactating women
