入选标准
- •The patients scheduled to undergo on pump cardiac surgeries of American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status class II/III, Hb >11 gm/dl and platelet count > 100000 will be enrolled in the study.
排除标准
- •Patients who are not willing
- •Emergency cardiac surgery
- •Pre-operative subcutaneous LMWH
- •Patients on DAPT drugs, heparin infusion
- •Complex cardiac surgery
- •Patient with liver dysfunction or pre-existing coagulation disorders
- •Patients who are not fulfilling the criteria of ANH
