- •1. Scheduled for posterior lumbar spine fusion for 2 to 4 levels
- •2. Low to moderate risk for surgery

- •3. Previous lumbar spinal surgery
- •4. Allergic to drugs used in the study
- •5. History of peptic ulcer
- •6. Chronic kidney disease
- •7. Liver cirrhosis
