- •1 Pathological Myopia/High Myopia with degenerative and
- •2 Retinal changes associated with endocrine and
- •nutritional disorders
- •3 Myopia associsted with neighbouring structural
- •deformities like
- •Blepharitis/Conjunctivitis/Corneal
- •Opacity/Uveities/ Cataract
- •4 Any Systematic disorders like Hypertension and
- •5 Any Refractive Surgeries if done
- •Dwitiya/Tritiya and Chaturtha Patalagata Timira
