- •Elective surgery
- •Inguinal surgery
- •Spinal anesthesia
- •non opium addict

- •Patient refuse to spinal anesthesia
- •Clinical ASA class three or more
- •Emergency surgery indications
- •Any substance addiction
- •History of allergies to tramadol or other Opiates
- •History of preoperative shivering
- •History of respiratory depression
