入选标准
- •At the initial diagnosis of stage one to three breast cancers
- •At the beginning of radiation therapy or chemotherapy sessions, or at most 4 months have passed since the end of the sessions
- •Ability to read and write and be able to hear
- •Ability to attend counseling sessions
- •Willingness to collaborate in the study
- •Types of surgery including lumpectomy, mastectomy (radical, total, etc.)
- •Ability to use a smartphone to receive questionnaires and listen to recorded audio for homework
排除标准
- •With other cancers
- •An illness or disability that prevents you from attending counseling and exercise sessions
- •Having a mental illness being treated
- •Having great stress like the death of a loved one and divorce in the last 6 months
- •Simultaneous participation in another study
