- •periodontitis- stage 2 or stage 3(as per AAP 2017 Classification)
- •probing depth 5 to 8 mm
- •site with horizontal bone defect as seen in digital radiographs.
排除标准
- •patients with systemic diseases
- •patient with history of any drug allergy
- •patients who have received periodontal therapy 6 month prior to the study.
- •pregnant and lactating mothers
- •smokers, alcoholics and drug abusers,
