- •Patients more than 18 years of age
- •-Lumbar disc herniation
- •-Low Socioeconomic Status, Patientâ??s not willing for Surgery, Patientâ??s not willing to follow Postoperative Rehabilitation Protocol
- •-Willing to give consent
排除标准
- •Patients with cauda equina syndrome, gross motor neurological deficit, multilevel disc prolapse ( >2 levels), contralateral radiculopathy, bilateral radiculopathy, predominant axial pain, high lumbar disc prolapse (above L3-4), spondylolisthesis and radiculopathy due to trauma, infections, or tumors.
