入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Adult patients between the age of 18 to 60 years of age scheduled to undergo elective lower limb surgery under spinal anaesthesia.
- •2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I and II.
- •3.Anticipated duration of surgery 1-2 hours.
排除标准
- •1.Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia or previous failed spinal anaesthesia.
- •2.History of long-standing diabetes mellitus, cardiac or neurological disease.
- •3.Patients with a hypersensitivity to soybean/egg.
- •4.H/o neuropsychiatric disorders.
- •5.Kidney or liver failure.
- •6.Chronic treatment with opioids/sedatives.
- •7.Pregnant/ lactating women.
- •8.Obesity (BMI > 30 kg. m-2).
- •9.Anticipated difficult airway.
