•1.Patients complaining of Muhur badda muhur drava mala pravritti, Muhur muhur mala pravritti, Aruchi, Udar shool, Balakshya, Ama yukta mala lakshanas of Grahani .
•2.Patient with symptoms of I.B.S.
•3.Patient willing to undergo Basti procedure. and to sign consent.
•5.Patient willing to visit for subsequent follow up.
•6.Patient fit for Basti karma procedure.

•1.Patients with Upadravas of Grahani are to be excluded.
•2.Patients Contraindicated for Basti karma procedure are to be excluded.
•3.Patients suffering from systemic disorders such as Cardiac Problem, Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus, Uncontrolled Hypertension, Bleeding piles, Prolapsed piles, Malignancy, HIV, HBsAg, Leprosy, and Pregnancy, Ulcerative colitis, malena, diarrhea, lower GI bleeding.
