入选标准
- •a.Patients in the age group of 30-60 years of either sex.
- •b.Patients suffering from stage I hypertension on the basis of recommendation of 7th Joint National Committee of Hypertension.
- •c.Patients willing for trial.
排除标准
- •a.All the patients of secondary hypertension.
- •b.Suffering from endocrinal disorder.
- •c.Associated with target organ damage.
- •d.Malignant hypertension.
- •e.Stage II hypertension i.e.Systolic blood pressure >=160 mmHg
- •Diastolic blood pressure>= 100 mmHg
- •f.Any other patient considered unfit for inclusion in trial after investigation.
- •g.Symptomatic patient with clinical evidence of heart failure.
- •h.Alcoholics and drug abusers.
- •i.Patient who have completed participation in any other clinical trial during past 6 months.
