•New and Pre-diagnosed cases of primary dysmenorrhea.
•Cases of primary dysmenorrhea seeking treatment from any other system of medicines like Allopathy, Ayurvedic, etc., will be considered after a washout period of 15 days.
•Patients seeking Homoeopathic treatment prior to the visit will also be taken into consideration after 1 month of washout period.
•All unmarried and married females irrespective of their age, caste, religion.
•The patients giving their consent to participate in study with six follow ups.

•Pre-diagnosed and diagnosed cases of secondary dysmenorrhea, patient having primary dysmenorrhea secondary to other auto-immune disorders & systemic diseases will be excluded.
•The case without proper follow-up and discontinuation of treatment in between the study will be dropped out.
