入选标准
- •1)Sedentary elderly people with no habit of regular exercise for more than 1hour per week.
- •2)Age group 60 to 79
- •3)Both male and female subjects
- •4)MoCA score 10-25
- •5)Both the hypertensive and non-hypertensive individuals
排除标准
- •1)Berg balance score ââ?°Â¤ 20
- •2)Any other neurological or orthopedic conditions
- •3)Visual impairments
- •4)Hearing problems
- •5)History of stroke, angina, cardiac surgeries
- •6)Stage 2 hypertension- Systolic BP ââ?°Â¥ 160mmHg or diastolic BP ââ?°Â¥ 100mmHg
- •7)Marked dementia
