- •full-term pregnant women
- •aged 18 to 40 years old
- •American Society of anesthesiologists physical status classification I(ASA I)
- •undergoing elective cesarean section under spinal anesthesia
排除标准
- •contraindications for meperidine or acetaminophen
- •history of alcoholism
- •renal failure
- •cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases
- •preeclampsia or eclampsia,
- •hypertension
- •gravidity more than 3
- •surgery more than 90-minute
- •failed or partial S/A,
- •Intrauterine Growth Restriction (IUGR),
- •multiple pregnancies
- •fetal distress
