入选标准
- •(1) Patients with chronic renal failure undergoing maintenance hemodialysis by a dialysis specialist as an outpatient 3 days a week
- •(2) Patients with a doctor-prescribed dialysis time of 4 to 5 hours
- •(3) Patients aged 20 years or older
- •(4) Patients who have given written consent to participate in the study
排除标准
- •(1) Pregnant or possibly pregnant patients
- •(2) Patients who have been on hemodialysis for less than one year
- •(3) Home dialysis patients
- •(4) Patients who used the test device to learn about it (only applies to patients at Bosho Nishi-Shinjuku Clinic and Keiai Hospital before 2022)
- •(5) Patients who have a high fluid removal volume (5,000mL or more) or a low fluid removal volume (1,000mL or less) on average once a week or more, and whose weight gain is greater than 5% of dry weight on the first day and greater than 7% of dry weight on the second day

The accucacy rate
The correct answer was determined if the difference between the total amount of water removed by the test device and the target amount of water removed prescribed by the specialist was 12% or less of the amount of water removed set by the doctor (however, the maximum was 300 mL). The percentage of times the test device gave a correct answer was defined as the accuracy rate.
