- •Patients complaining of Vatika Artavadushti with any two of the following
- •manifestations:
- •a. Artava vaivarnya (Discolored Menstrual Blood) - Aruna varna (Red/Reddish
- •Brown/Tawny) or Shyava varna (Dark Brown) or Krishna varna (Black).
- •b. Alpa Artava (Hypomenorrhoea)
- •c. Vicchinna
- •1) Interrupted pattern of menstrual cycle
- •2) Consistency of menstrual blood eg. Disintegrated / flaky
- •d. Saruja Artava (Painful Menses)
- •e. Artava Chiraat Nishichyate (Oligomenorrhoea).
- •2. Female patients of age group 12 â?? 45years

- •1. Pregnant woman
- •2. Patient having any systemic disease.
- •3. Post menopausal woman.
- •4. Patient having any type of malignancy.
- •5. Patient having Sexually Transmitted Diseases.
- •6. Patient using oral contraceptive pills and Intra Uterine Contraceptive Devices.
- •7. Patient with thyroid hormone abnormalities.
- •8. Patient having any other Uterine or Pelvic pathology like â?? Polyp, Endometrial
- •Tuberculosis, Fibroid, Adenomyosis, Pelvic Inflammatory Diseases, etc.
