- •2. participants will not have any prior exposure to any form of yoga or meditation practice,

- •4. willingness to participate in the study

- •1. the presence of cognitive or neurological disorder, based on a medical history and routine clinical examination, 2. intake of any meditation, which is known to influence cognition,
- •3. Addiction to other psychoactive substances
