入排标准
入选标准
- •IPD Patients.
- •Having dengue fever with thrombocytopenia and diagnosed on the basis of lab
- •investigation. Dengue IgG, IgM, NS1 antigen either test positive
- •If platelet count > 20000/cumm
排除标准
- •Patient <20000 platelet count.
- •Malarial fever, UTI, LRTI, URTI, typhoid, TB.
- •Patient known history of idiopathic thrombocytopenia, any other kind of bleeding
- •Dengue shock syndrome, alcoholic patients and liver cirrhosis, dengue encephalitis.
- •H/O upper GI bleed, small Intestine bleeding, lower GI bleeding.
- •Lactating women, ANC women who are in menstruation or have abnormal bleeding.Patients on Aspirin and NSAIDs.Stroke, MI patients.
- •Chikungunya
