入选标准
- •1 Patients with symptomatic lumbar spondylolisthesis not improving on 6 months of conservative management
- •2 Patient age between 18-60 years
- •3 Single level listhesis
- •4 Grade I or II listhesis as per Meyerding classification
排除标准
- •1 Patients with osteoporosis/ Trauma.
- •2 Patients with high grade listhesis (III, IV).
- •3 Spondylolisthesis at L5-S1 level
- •4 Patients who are medically unfit for surgery.
- •5 Previous surgery at proposed treatment level.
- •6 Patients not consenting for surgery
- •7 Multiple level listhesis
