入选标准
- •1.Patient posted for lower limb surgery
- •2.ASA III and IV
- •3.Age more than or equal to 65 years
- •4.Duration of surgery less than or equal to 60 minutes
排除标准
- •1. Uncooperative patient/inability to communicate effectively
- •2. Allergy to the drugs involved in the study
- •3. History of drug or alcohol abuse, and patients on long-term opioids or sedative medication
- •4.Contraindication for neuraxial block
- •5. Patients with difficult airway with impending airway obstruction
