入排标准
入选标准
- •Stroke patients
- •Age group 18 â?? 80 years
- •Both genders
- •Spasticity level â?? Grade 2 & 3 according to modified tardieu scale
- •Able to walk at least 10 metres with or without assistance.
排除标准
- •History of multiple strokes
- •Neurological conditions other than stroke causing spasticity
- •Orthopaedic conditions or deformities affecting functional mobility
- •Botulinum toxin injection for plantar flexor within last 6 months
- •MMSE score less than 24
- •Patients with metal implants near the rPMS stimulation site.
- •Patients with infection such as (cellulitis) near the rPMS stimulation site.
