入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients ( >14 years) with uncomplicated ALA of size <10 cm in the right lobe or <5 cm in the left lobe or both.
排除标准
- •ALA size 10 cm or more,
- •Left lobe ALA >5 cm,
- •ALA with evidence of impending rupture (thin rim <1 cm),
- •History of PPI over the past one week,
- •Partially treated ALA.
- •ALA with complications (rupture, major large vessels thrombosis, secondary bacterial infection, or biliary communication),
- •Refusal of informed consent.
