- •1. Aged 18 years old and over
- •2. Female gender
- •3. Surgery for breast cancer
- •4. Subacromial pain syndrome
- •5. Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) > 5
- •6. Signed informed consent
排除标准
- •1. Allergies to triamcinolone or lidocaine
- •2. Severe thrombocytopenia (<10,000plt) or bleeding disorders
- •3. Chemotherapy or radiotherapy in progress
- •4. Metastatic disease
- •5. Shoulder tendon lesions
- •6. Cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders
- •7. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
