- •3. under general anesthesia, elective surgery with > 3 cm skin incision is scheduled

- •1. allergy for remifentanil
- •2. chronic use of benzodiazepine, opioids, and psychiatric drug
- •3. pregnancy
- •4. BMI more than 30
