适应症

Imlunestrant is recommended for ESR1-mutated metastatic breast cancer after at least one line of endocrine therapy, preferably in patients who had a prolonged response to prior CDK4/6 inhibitor therapy (per 2026 ESMO Clinical Practice Guideline for metastatic breast cancer).

• metastatic breast cancer
• ER-positive/HER2-negative breast cancer
• ESR1-mutated breast cancer
