本品适用于产β内酰胺酶的葡萄球菌属、大肠埃希菌、克雷伯菌属、奇异变形杆菌、不动杆菌属和脆弱拟杆菌等敏感菌所致的以下感染：1.鼻窦炎、中耳炎、扁桃体炎等上呼吸道感染；2.支气管炎、肺炎等下呼吸道感染；3.尿路感染；4.皮肤、软组织感染；5.淋病奈瑟菌感染。本品还可用于氨苄西林舒巴坦注射给药的后续治疗。
