### Therapeutic indication **Von Willebrand disease (VWD)** Prophylaxis and treatment of haemorrhage or surgical bleeding in patients with VWD, when desmopressin (DDAVP) treatment alone is ineffective or contraindicated. **Haemophilia A (congenital factor-VIII deficiency)** Prophylaxis and treatment of bleeding in patients with haemophilia A.
