Kimmtrak is a medicine used to treat adults with a type of eye cancer called ‘uveal melanoma’. It is used when the uveal melanoma cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other parts of the body. Uveal melanoma is rare, and Kimmtrak was designated an ‘orphan medicine’ (a medicine used in rare diseases) on 19 February 2021.

### Therapeutic indication Kimmtrak is indicated as monotherapy for the treatment of human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-A\*02:01-positive adult patients with unresectable or metastatic uveal melanoma.
