Zilbrysq is a medicine used to treat generalised myasthenia gravis (a disease that leads to muscle weakness and tiredness) in adults whose immune system produces antibodies against a protein called the acetylcholine receptor. It is given together with other medicines used for treating myasthenia gravis. Zilbrysq contains the active substance zilucoplan.

### Therapeutic indication Zilbrysq is indicated as an add-on to standard therapy for the treatment of generalised myasthenia gravis (gMG) in adult patients who are anti-acetylcholine receptor (AChR) antibody positive.
