Opdualag is a medicine used as a first-line treatment for melanoma (a type of skin cancer) that has spread or cannot be surgically removed. It is used for patients from 12 years of age whose cancer cells produce a low level (<1%) of a protein called PD-L1. Opdualag contains the active substances nivolumab and relatlimab.
Therapeutic Indication
### Therapeutic indication Opdualag is indicated for the first line treatment of advanced (unresectable or metastatic) melanoma in adults and adolescents 12 years of age and older with tumour cell PD L1 expression < 1%.
