Lazcluze is a cancer medicine used to treat adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have not been treated before. It is used in people whose cancer cells have certain mutations (changes) in the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) gene: exon 19 deletion or exon 21 L858R substitution mutation. Lazcluze is used in combination with another cancer medicine, amivantamab. Lazcluze contains the active substance lazertinib.

### Therapeutic indication Lazcluze in combination with amivantamab is indicated for the first line treatment of adult patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with EGFR exon 19 deletions or exon 21 L858R substitution mutations.
