It has been supercomputer engineered for superior oral bioavailability, superior lactone stability, broad anti-tumor activity, increased potency and insensitivity to Pgp/MRP/LRP drug resistance.
Investigated for use/treatment in brain cancer, lung cancer, and melanoma.
