Advanced Bioinformatics Platform for Viral Genome Analysis
The company unveiled MicrobiocheK® (搜索), an advanced bioinformatics platform engineered for complete genome analysis of key viral pathogens including HIV-1 (搜索), RSV (搜索) A/B, Hepatitis Delta (搜索), Influenza (搜索) A/B, and SARS-CoV-2 (搜索). The platform integrates automated workflows for data processing, quality control, alignment, and variant calling, providing real-time access to curated HIV variant databases including Stanford, ANRS, Rega, and Geno2pheno.
The platform operates on a secure cloud-based infrastructure compliant with HDS (Healthcare Data Hosting) standards and offers seamless interoperability with Nadis®, a specialized electronic medical record system used in over 200 hospitals in France for HIV and Hepatitis patient management.
Results demonstrated the platform's high scalability, rapid deployment capabilities, and accurate detection of subtypes and mutations, including SARS-CoV-2 (搜索) and RSV (搜索) clades, even across large datasets. The clinical reporting features provided actionable insights for healthcare professionals.

Superior HIV Drug Resistance Detection Technology
ABL Diagnostics (搜索) presented the first evaluation of the DNBSEQ-E25 (MGI (搜索)) platform in detecting HIV-1 (搜索) drug-resistant minority variants using DeepChek® (搜索) HIV assays and QCMD reference samples. The study revealed several key performance advantages over existing technologies.
The DNBSEQ-E25 platform demonstrated high sequencing accuracy, with Q30 scores outperforming traditional Illumina platforms. The system achieved full genotyping and subtype identification across B, C, 02_AG, and 57_BC forms, with 100% concordance across MGI (搜索) and Illumina platforms for drug resistance mutations above 5%.
Notably, the DNBSEQ-E25 showed superior sensitivity in detecting minority mutations ranging from 3-20% that are linked to drug resistance, a critical capability for early detection of treatment resistance.
