Adimab (搜索), LLC, the global leader in therapeutic antibody discovery and engineering, announced significant growth in its clinical pipeline with 11 new programs entering clinical trials in 2025. This milestone brings the total number of partner programs that have entered clinical trials to 89, while six therapeutic products containing molecules discovered or optimized using the Adimab platform have received commercial authorization.
Recent Approvals Drive Commercial Success
The latest partner program to receive approval is GSK's Exdensur (搜索) (depemokimab), which was approved in the United States for treating severe asthma (搜索) with an eosinophilic phenotype and in the UK and Japan for severe asthma and chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (搜索) (CRSwNP).
The growing portfolio of approved products demonstrates the clinical viability of Adimab (搜索)'s antibody discovery platform. Other commercial products include Innovent (搜索)'s TYVYT (sintilimab injection), a PD-1 (搜索) program approved in China for multiple cancer treatments, and SINTBILO (搜索) (tafolecimab injection), a PCSK9 program for hypercholesterolemia (搜索) and mixed dyslipidemia (搜索). Additional approvals include IASO Bio (搜索)'s FUCASO (搜索) (equecabtagene autoleucel), a BCMA (搜索) CAR-T therapy for multiple myeloma (搜索) in China, Invivyd's PEMGARDA (pemivibart) for COVID-19 (搜索) prophylaxis in the United States, and Sun Pharma's UNLOXCYT (搜索) (cosibelimab), a PD-L1 (搜索) program for cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (搜索).
Expanding Partnership Network
Partners with new clinical programs in 2025 include Abogen (搜索), GSK, iTeos (搜索), Innovent (搜索), Invivyd, Kelonia Therapeutics (搜索), and Triveni Bio (搜索). The company's partnership model continues to expand, with 10 partners exercising commercial options in 2025, including Bambusa, Biogen, Ikaika, Meiji Seika Pharma, Montis Biosciences, Novartis, SixPeaks Bio, and Werewolf.
