Jyseleca: A Targeted Therapy for Inflammatory Conditions
Jyseleca (filgotinib) is an oral, once-daily, Janus kinase (JAK1 (搜索))-preferred inhibitor. It is approved for the treatment of adults with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis (搜索) (RA) who have shown inadequate response or intolerance to one or more disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs). Additionally, Jyseleca is indicated for adult patients with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (搜索) (UC) who have had an inadequate response, lost response, or were intolerant to conventional therapy or a biologic agent.
