The partnership is designed to enhance clinical trial recruitment and execution capabilities while expanding the combined company's geographic footprint across Arizona, California, Florida, Nevada, New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas.
The merger brings together complementary expertise in clinical research and strengthens therapeutic capabilities across central nervous system (CNS) disorders, internal medicine, women's health, metabolic conditions, dermatology, gastroenterology, pain, and vaccines. The combined organization aims to deliver improved quality, collaboration, diversity, and operational excellence for pharmaceutical sponsors and contract research organization (CRO) partners.

By integrating their site networks, therapeutic expertise, and operational best practices, the companies expect to provide greater consistency, speed, and quality in clinical trial execution. The expanded platform will also improve patient recruitment efforts and increase access to diverse patient populations across multiple disease areas.

Leadership and Financial Backing
Following the transaction, the combined company will be led by Anthony Milonas as CEO and will maintain its headquarters in Southlake, Texas. The organization will continue to receive support from healthcare-focused private equity firms Amulet Capital Partners (搜索) and BPOC (搜索).
Amulet Capital Partners (搜索), based in Greenwich, CT, and Walnut Creek, CA, is a middle-market private equity investment firm focused exclusively on the healthcare sector. The firm currently manages approximately $2.5 billion of Regulatory Assets Under Management and is investing out of its third fund, which closed in July 2024 with approximately $1.2 billion in capital commitments.
BPOC (搜索), founded in 1996 and based in Chicago, is one of the nation's longest-tenured pure-play investors in the healthcare industry, having raised seven funds with total capital commitments of approximately $2.5 billion. The firm has invested in numerous provider, manufacturing, outsourcing, distribution, and information technology companies through growth equity, management buyouts, and leveraged recapitalizations.
