Under the terms of the agreement, Spannerwerks (搜索) will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Alloy Therapeutics (搜索) while maintaining its established brand and client relationships. Dara Lockert, CEO of Spannerwerks, will join Alloy full-time and continue leading the team as part of Alloy's expanded leadership structure.
