More than 8.5 million Americans are affected by PTSD, representing a substantial patient population with limited treatment options.
Currently, Pfizer's Zoloft and GlaxoSmithKline's Paxil, both selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), are the only FDA-approved drugs for the treatment of PTSD (搜索). Broader Pipeline Development
