Axplora (搜索) has significantly expanded its antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) manufacturing capabilities with the launch of a new payload manufacturing workshop at its Le Mans facility in France. The expansion, supported by the France 2030 program, represents a strategic enhancement of the company's commercial manufacturing infrastructure.
Advanced Manufacturing Capabilities
The state-of-the-art GMP workshop features three Hastelloy reactors with capacity for a fourth, offering production volumes ranging from 30 to 200 liters. A specialized Hastelloy filter dryer ensures maximum containment and safety for cytotoxic payload manufacturing, meeting stringent industry standards. The facility can produce batches up to 1.5 kg, specifically designed to support the growing demand for next-generation payload families, including Auristatins (搜索) and Tecans (搜索), which are crucial for innovative oncology (搜索) therapies.

The Le Mans site now houses six dedicated ADC workshops, strategically divided between clinical payload-linker production, commercial payloads, and bioconjugation operations.
